杏香兔耳风片联合左氧氟沙星治疗慢性子宫内膜炎患者的临床效果

摘要
目的 探讨杏香兔耳风片联合左氧氟沙星治疗慢性子宫内膜炎患者的临床效果.方法 选取在甘肃省庆阳市宁县人民医院 2018 年 6 月至 2022 年 6 月治疗的100 例慢性子宫内膜炎患者,采取随机抛币法将其分成两组,每组 50 例.对照组单用左氧氟沙星,观察组采用左氧氟沙星联合杏香兔耳风片,比较两组症状评分和炎症因子水平.结果 治疗后,两组子宫异常出血、持续低热、性交痛、白带异常和盆腔疼痛症状评分均降低,且观察组评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血清白介素-1、白介素-2、降钙素原、C反应蛋白水平均改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 杏香兔耳风片联合左氧氟沙星对慢性子宫内膜炎有较好的效果.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xingxiang Tu'erfeng Tablets combined with Levofloxacin in the treatment of patients with chronic endometritis.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic endometritis treated in Ning County People's Hospital in Qingyang City from June 2018 to June 2022 were divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group by random coin toss method.The control group was treated with Levofloxacin alone,and the observation group was treated with Levofloxacin combined with Xingxiang Tu'erfeng Tablets.Symptom scores and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of abnormal uterine bleeding,persistent low fever,dyspareunia,abnormal leucorrhea,and pelvic pain were decreased in both groups,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum levels of interleukin-1,interleukin-2,procalcitonin,and C-reactive protein in both groups were improved,and those in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xingxiang Tu'erfeng Tablets combined with Levofloxacin has a good effect on chronic endometritis.
