摘要

目的 分析控尿功能训练联合生物反馈电刺激技术对宫颈癌术后患者膀胱功能的影响.方法 选取 2022 年1月至12 月菏泽市牡丹区中医医院收治的宫颈癌术后患者 94 例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各 47 例.对照组采取控尿功能训练,观察组在其基础上联合生物反馈电刺激技术,比较两组拔除尿管后的并发症发生情况、膀胱功能.结果 观察组拔除尿管后的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组储尿时的尿道分布压、膀胱压高于对照组,排尿时的膀胱压高于对照组,尿道分布压低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 控尿功能训练联合生物反馈电刺激技术可以有效改善宫颈癌术后患者的膀胱功能,降低并发症发生率.

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of urinary control function training combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation technology on bladder function in postoperative patients with cervical cancer.Methods A total of 94 patients with cervical cancer treated in Mudan District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Heze City from January to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was given urinary control function training,and the observation group was given biofeedback electrical stimulation technology on the basis of the control group.The complications and bladder function after catheter removal were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of complications after catheter removal in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The urethral distribution pressure and bladder pressure during urine storage in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the bladder pressure during urination was higher than that in the control group,and the urethral distribution pressure was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Urinary control function training combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation technology can effectively improve the bladder function in postoperative patients with cervical cancer and reduce the incidence of complications.
