摘要
目的 探讨地塞米松在小儿支原体感染致大叶性肺炎中的治疗效果.方法 选取 2020 年 9 月至2023年9月米脂县中医院收治的98例支原体感染致大叶性肺炎患儿为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为两组,每组各 49 例.对照组予以阿奇霉素,研究组予以阿奇霉素联合地塞米松.比较两组的治疗效果、肺功能及炎症指标.结果 研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组咳嗽、肺部啰音、发热消失时间以及肺部阴影吸收时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组肺功能指标、炎症指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 地塞米松在小儿支原体感染致大叶性肺炎中的治疗效果显著,能够缓解症状,改善肺功能,减轻炎症反应,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Dexamethasone in the treatment of lobar pneumonia caused by Mycoplasma infection in children.Methods A total of 98 children with lobar pneumonia caused by Mycoplasma infection in Mizhi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2020 to September 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given Azithromycin,and the study group was given Azithromycin combined with Dexamethasone.The treatment effect,lung function,and inflammation indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,lung rales,fever,and the absorption time of lung shadow in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of lung function indexes and inflammation indexes in the study group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dexamethasone treating lobar pneumonia caused by Mycoplasma infection in children has significant effect,which can relieve symptoms,improve lung function,and reduce inflammation,and is worth promoting.
