摘要
目的 探讨孟鲁司特钠联合红霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染的临床效果及对肺功能的影响.方法 选取 2021年8月至 2023 年 2 月于青岛市即墨区七级卫生院儿科接受治疗的 60 例肺炎支原体感染患儿为研究对象,按照入院时间分为两组,每组 30 例.对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用孟鲁司特钠联合红霉素治疗,比较两组症状消失时间、肺功能指标、炎症因子水平和基质金属蛋白酶-9 水平.结果 观察组咳嗽、哮鸣音、肺部啰音消失时间及退热时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1/用力肺活量、呼气流量峰值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组白介素-10水平高于对照组,肿瘤坏死因子-α、基质金属蛋白酶-9 水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 孟鲁司特钠联合红霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染的临床效果显著,能够改善肺功能,减轻炎症反应,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Montelukast Sodium combined with Erythromycin in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children and its influence on lung function.Methods A total of 60 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection who received treatment in Qiji Health Center in Jimo District,Qingdao from August 2021 to February 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the time of admission.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with Montelukast Sodium combined with Erythromycin.The symptom disappearance time,lung function indexes,inflammatory factor levels,and matrix metalloproteinase-9 levels were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of cough,wheezing sound,pulmonary rales,and fever in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),FEV1/forced vital capacity and peak expiratory flow in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of interleukin-10 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α and matrix metalloproteinase-9 were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Montelukast Sodium combined with Erythromycin treating Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children has significant clinical effect,which can improve lung function and reduce inflammation,and is worth promoting.
