摘要
目的 探讨婴儿健脾颗粒联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗非感染性腹泻(NID)的效果.方法 选取 2022 年 5 月至 2023 年 5 月上犹县妇幼保健院小儿内科收治的 94例NID患儿为研究对象,利用随机数字表法将其分为常规组、研究组,每组各 47 例.常规组给予基础治疗+双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片,研究组给予基础治疗+双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片+婴儿健脾颗粒,比较两组治疗总有效率,白介素(IL)-17、IL-6,分泌型免疫球蛋白A(IgA)水平以及腹泻停止时间、体温恢复正常时间.结果 研究组治疗总有效率为 91.49%,高于常规组的 76.60%(P<0.05).治疗后,两组IL-17、IL-6 水平均低于治疗前,分泌型IgA水平均高于治疗前,且研究组IL-17、IL-6 水平低于常规组,分泌型IgA水平高于常规组(P<0.05).结论 婴儿健脾颗粒联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗NID的效果显著,能够改善症状,减轻炎症反应,调节免疫功能,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Infantile Jianpi Granules combined with Live Combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus Tablets in the treatment of non-infectious diarrhea(NID).Methods A total of 94 children with NID admitted to Department of Pediatric Internal Medicine,Shangyou County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected and divided into conventional group and study group by the random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The conventional group was given basic treatment + Live Combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus Tablets,and the study group was given basic treatment + Live Combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus Tablets + Infantile Jianpi Granules.The total effective rate,levels of interleukin(IL)-17,IL-6,and secreted immunoglobulin A(IgA),diarrhea stopping time and temperature return to normal time were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the study group was 91.49%,which was higher than 76.60%in the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-17 and IL-6 were lower than those before treatment,the level of secreted IgA was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of IL-17 and IL-6 in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group,the level of secreted IgA was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The diarrhea stopping time and temperature return to normal time in the study group was earlier than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Infantile Jianpi Granules combined with Live Combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus Tablets treating NID has significant effect,which can improve symptoms,reduce inflammation,regulate immune function,and is worth promoting.
