小儿四维葡钙颗粒联合维生素AD滴剂治疗小儿维生素D缺乏性佝偻病的临床效果

摘要
目的 观察小儿四维葡钙颗粒联合维生素AD滴剂治疗小儿维生素D缺乏性佝偻病的临床效果.方法 选取广东医科大学顺德妇女儿童医院 2020 年10 月至 2022 年11月收治的110 例维生素D缺乏性佝偻病患儿,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组各 55 例.常规组使用维生素AD滴剂治疗,联合组在常规组基础上采用小儿四维葡钙颗粒治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、生化指标以及不良反应总发生率.结果 联合组治疗总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05).治疗前,两组碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、25-羟基维生素D3[25-(OH)D3]、血磷及血钙水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组ALP水平均降低,25-(OH)D3、血磷及血钙水平均升高,且联合组ALP水平低于常规组,25-(OH)D3、血磷及血钙水平高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 小儿四维葡钙颗粒联合维生素AD滴剂治疗小儿维生素D缺乏性佝偻病的临床效果显著,能够改善生化指标,且不会增加不良反应,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Pediatric Four Vitamins and Calcium Gluconate Granules combined with Vitamin AD Drops in the treatment of children with vitamin D deficiency rickets.Methods A total of 110 children with vitamin D deficiency rickets in Shunde Women and Children's Hospital of Guangdong Medical University from October 2020 to November 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with Vitamin AD Drops,and the combined group was treated with Pediatric Four Vitamins and Calcium Gluconate Granules in the basis of conventional group.The clinical efficacy,biochemical indexes,and total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the combined group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in alkaline phosphatase(ALP),25-hydroxyvitamin D3[25-(OH)D3],blood phosphorus and blood calcium levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the ALP level in both groups was decreased,the 25-(OH)D3,blood phosphorus and blood calcium levels were increased,and the ALP level in the combined group was lower than that in the conventional group,the 25-(OH)D3,blood phosphorus,and blood calcium levels in the combined group were higher than those in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Pediatric Four Vitamins and Calcium Gluconate Granules combined with Vitamin AD Drops treating children with vitamin D deficiency rickets has significant clinical effect,which can improve biochemical indexes and does not increase adverse reactions,and is worth promoting.
