摘要
目的 探讨甘草锌联合布拉氏酵母菌散对轮状病毒性腹泻患儿心肌酶谱和免疫应答的影响.方法 选取 2022 年 6 月至 2023 年 6 月青海红十字医院收治的150 例轮状病毒性腹泻患儿,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=75)、研究组(n=75).对照组采用甘草锌联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗,研究组采用甘草锌联合布拉氏酵母菌散治疗,比较两组的治疗总有效率、心肌酶谱、免疫应答指标.结果 研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后的肌酸激酶、肌酸激酶同工酶、乳酸脱氢酶水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后的CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平均高于对照组,CD8+水平低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 甘草锌联合布拉氏酵母菌散治疗轮状病毒性腹泻患儿可改善心肌酶谱,调节免疫应答,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Licorzinc combined with Saccharomyces Boulardii Sachets on myocardial enzyme spectrum and immune response in children with rotavirus diarrhea.Methods A total of 150 children with rotavirus diarrhea admitted to Qinghai Red Cross Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=75)and study group(n=75)by the random number table method.The control group was treated with Licorzinc combined with Bifidobacterium Quadruplex Viable Tablets,while the study group was treated with Licorzinc combined with Saccharomyces Boulardii Sachets.The total effective rate,myocardial enzyme spectrum,and immune response indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The levels of creatine kinase,creatine kinase-MB,and lactate dehydrogenase in the study group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The levels of CD4+and CD4+/CD8+ in the study group were higher than those in the control group after treatment,while the level of CD8+ was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Licorzinc combined with Saccharomyces Boulardii Sachets treating children with rotavirus diarrhea can improve myocardial enzyme spectrum and regulate immune response,which is worth popularizing.
