布地奈德雾化吸入联合阿奇霉素序贯疗法在肺炎支原体感染致慢性咳嗽患儿中的应用效果

摘要
目的 探讨布地奈德雾化吸入联合阿奇霉素序贯疗法在肺炎支原体感染致慢性咳嗽患儿中的应用效果.方法 选取 2020 年1月至 2023 年10 月于青岛市即墨区龙山卫生院治疗的164例肺炎支原体感染致慢性咳嗽患儿,采用随机数字表法将其分为参照组(82 例)、研究组(82 例).参照组给予阿奇霉素序贯治疗,研究组给予布地奈德雾化吸入联合阿奇霉素序贯治疗.比较两组炎症因子水平、咳嗽积分以及不良反应总发生率.结果 治疗 2 周后,研究组白细胞介素(IL)-17、IL-6、C反应蛋白水平以及咳嗽积分低于参照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 布地奈德雾化吸入联合阿奇霉素序贯疗法在肺炎支原体感染致慢性咳嗽患儿中的应用效果显著,能够减轻炎症反应,缓解咳嗽症状,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of Budesonide aerosol inhalation combined with Azithromycin sequential therapy in children with chronic cough caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Methods A total of 164 children with chronic cough caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection who were treated in Longshan Health Center in Jimo District,Qingdao from January 2020 to October 2023 were selected and divided into reference group(82 cases)and study group(82 cases)by the random number table method.The reference group was given Azithromycin sequential therapy,and the study group was given Budesonide aerosol inhalation combined with Azithromycin sequential therapy.The levels of inflammatory factors,cough score,and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of interleukin(IL)-17,IL-6,C-reactive protein and cough score in the study group were lower than those in the reference group after 2 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Budesonide aerosol inhalation combined with Azithromycin sequential therapy in children with chronic cough caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection has significant application effect,which can reduce inflammation and relieve cough symptom,and is worth promoting.
