摘要
目的 观察马来酸麦角新碱联合缩宫素治疗产后出血的临床效果.方法 选取恩平市人民医院2019 年1月至 2023 年 6 月收治的 50 例产后出血患者,以随机数字表法分为两组,各 25 例.对照组采取单一缩宫素治疗,研究组采取马来酸麦角新碱联合缩宫素治疗,比较两组产后1、6、12、24 h出血量及止血时间、临床相关指标及治疗效果.结果 与对照组比较,研究组产后1、6、12、24 h出血量更少,止血时间更短(P<0.05);研究组产后1 d血红蛋白、红细胞及血小板计数高于对照组,凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 马来酸麦角新碱联合缩宫素治疗产后出血,可减少产后出血量,缩短止血时间,改善临床相关指标,提升治疗效果.
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Ergonovine Maleate combined with Oxytocin in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A total of 50 patients with postpartum hemorrhage admitted to Enping People's Hospital from January 2019 to June 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Oxytocin alone,and the study group was treated with Ergonovine Maleate combined with Oxytocin.The bleeding volume at 1,6,12,and 24 hours postpartum,and hemostasis time,clinical related indicators and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the bleeding volume at 1,6,12,and 24 hours postpartum of the study group was less and the hemostasis time was shorter(P<0.05).At 1 day postpartum,the hemoglobin,red blood cell and platelet counts of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the prothrombin time and activated partial thromboplastin time were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ergonovine Maleate combined with Oxytocin in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage can reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,shorten the hemostasis time,improve the clinical related indicators,and enhance the therapeutic effect.
