孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘的临床效果

摘要
目的 探讨孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘的临床效果.方法 选取 2020 年7 月至 2023 年 7 月兰州市第一人民医院收治的 68 例哮喘患儿,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=34)与观察组(n=34).对照组采用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片.比较两组肺功能、临床疗效及临床症状消失时间.结果 治疗后,两组呼气流量峰值、第1秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量水平均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组各项临床症状消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘的临床效果确切,可改善患儿肺功能,加速临床症状的缓解,值得推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Montelukast Sodium combined with Budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children with asthma.Methods A total of 68 children with asthma admitted to the First People's Hospital of Lanzhou City from July 2020 to July 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(n=34)and the observation group(n=34)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Budesonide aerosol inhalation,and the observation group was treated with Montelukast Sodium Chewable Tablets on the basis of the control group.The lung function,clinical efficacy,and disappearance time of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the peak expiratory flow,forced expiratory volume in one second and forced vital capacity in both groups were increased,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Montelukast Sodium combined with Budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children with asthma has a definite clinical effect,can improve the pulmonary function of children,accelerate the relief of clinical symptoms,and is worthy of promotion and application.
