小儿四维葡钙颗粒联合维生素D治疗维生素D缺乏性佝偻病的效果

摘要
目的 探讨小儿四维葡钙颗粒联合维生素D(VD)治疗维生素D缺乏性佝偻病(VDDR)的效果.方法 选取 2021年 6 月至 2023 年 6 月深圳市龙华区妇幼保健院小儿内科收治的 82 例VDDR患儿,采用随机数字表法分为常规组(41例)和联合组(41例).常规组予以VD治疗,联合组予以小儿四维葡钙颗粒联合VD治疗.比较两组治疗效果、骨代谢指标与不良反应发生情况.结果 联合组总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05).治疗后,两组 25-羟维生素D3、血钙、血磷水平均高于治疗前,且联合组高于常规组(P<0.05).两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 小儿四维葡钙颗粒联合VD治疗VDDR,可提高治疗效果,改善患儿骨代谢指标,且具有安全性,值得临床推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Xiao'er Siwei Pugai Granules combined with Vitamin D(VD)treating children with vitamin D deficiency rickets(VDDR).Methods A total of 82 VDDR children admitted to the Department of Pediatric Internal Medicine of Shenzhen Longhua Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into the routine group(41 cases)and the combined group(41 cases)by the random number table method.The routine group was treated with VD,and the combined group was treated with Xiao'er Siwei Pugai Granules combined with VD.The therapeutic effect,bone metabolism indexes,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3,blood calcium,and blood phosphorus in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the combined group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiao'er Siwei Pugai Granules combined with VD in the treatment of children with VDDR can improve the therapeutic effect,ameliorate the bone metabolism indexes of children,and has safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
