摘要
目的 探讨差异性护理对子宫内膜异位症患者心理状态、疾病不确定感及应对方式的影响.方法 选取 2022 年 6 月至 2023 年 6 月在兰陵县中医医院治疗的 94例子宫内膜异位症患者作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法分为两组.对照组(47 例)采取常规护理模式干预,观察组(47 例)采取差异性护理模式干预,比较两组心理状态、不确定感评分、应对方式评分及护理满意度.结果 观察组干预后心理状态评分低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组不确定感各项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组面对、乐观、寻求支持评分高于对照组,逃避评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 子宫内膜异位症患者采用差异性护理干预,能够调节心理状态,改善不确定感,使患者更积极、乐观地面对疾病,提高护理满意度,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of differential nursing on psychological state,disease uncertainty and coping style of patients with endometriosis.Methods A total of 94 patients with endometriosis treated in Lanling County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(n=47)received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group(n=47)received differential nursing intervention.The psychological state,uncertainty score,coping style score,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the psychological state score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of uncertainty in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of facing,optimism,and seeking support in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the escape score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Differential nursing intervention for patients with endometriosis can adjust their psychological state,improve the uncertainty,make patients more positive and optimistic in the face of the disease,and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worth promoting.
