优质护理在外阴瘙痒患者护理中的应用

摘要
目的 分析优质护理在外阴瘙痒患者护理中的应用效果.方法 选取济南市长清区平安街道办事处社区卫生服务中心于 2022 年 6 月至 2023 年 6 月治疗的 52 例外阴瘙痒患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组,各 26 例.观察组实施优质护理,对照组实施常规护理,比较两组护理满意度及心理韧性、自护能力、舒适度评分.结果 观察组护理总满意率为 96.15%,高于对照组的 76.92%(P<0.05);护理后观察组心理韧性各项评分、自护能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后观察组舒适度各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 优质护理在外阴瘙痒患者护理中的应用效果较好,能够提升护理满意度,改善心理韧性、舒适度以及自护能力.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of high quality nursing in the nursing of patients with pruritus vulvae.Methods A total of 52 patients with pruritus vulvae admitted to Changqing District Ping'an Street Office Community Health Service Center in Jinan City from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 26 cases in each group.The observation group was given high quality nursing,and the control group was given routine nursing.The nursing satisfaction,psychological resilience,self-care ability,and comfort scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.15%,which was higher than 76.92%of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of psychological resilience and self-care ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the comfort scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high quality nursing in the nursing of patients with pruritus vulvae has a good effect,which can improve nursing satisfaction,psychological resilience,comfort and self-care ability.
