康复操联合健康宣教在盆底障碍性疾病术后患者康复护理中的应用

摘要
目的 分析康复操联合健康宣教在盆底障碍性疾病术后患者康复护理中的应用效果.方法 选择在滨州医学院附属医院 2021年 7 月至 2023 年1月行手术治疗的84例盆底障碍性疾病患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为参照组与实验组,每组各42 例.参照组给予常规康复护理,实验组给予康复操联合健康宣教,比较两组盆底肌肌力、盆底功能、心理状态、护理满意度.结果 实验组护理后盆底肌肌力评分高于参照组,盆底功能障碍问卷评分低于参照组(P<0.05);实验组护理后抑郁、焦虑评分低于参照组(P<0.05);实验组护理总满意率高于参照组(P<0.05).结论 盆底障碍性疾病患者术后康复护理中应用康复操联合健康宣教,能够改善盆底肌肌力与盆底功能,调节心理状态,提高护理满意度.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of rehabilitation exercise combined with health education in rehabilitation nursing of patients with pelvic floor disorders after operation.Methods A total of 84 patients with pelvic floor disorders who underwent surgical treatment in Binzhou Medical University Hospital from July 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the reference group and the experimental group,with 42 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine rehabilitation nursing,and the experimental group was given rehabilitation exercise combined with health education.The pelvic floor muscle strength,pelvic floor function,mental state,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The pelvic floor muscle strength score of the experimental group after nursing was higher than that of the reference group,and the pelvic floor dysfunction questionnaire score was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The scores of depression and anxiety in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of rehabilitation exercise combined with health education in rehabilitation nursing of patients with pelvic floor disorders after operation can improve the pelvic floor muscle strength and pelvic floor function,regulate their mental state,and improve nursing satisfaction.
