摘要
目的 分析针对性护理在小儿肺炎护理中的应用效果.方法 选取 2021年 6 月至 2023 年 6 月郓城县中医医院收治的 80 例肺炎患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(40 例)与观察组(40 例).对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用针对性护理,比较两组症状消失时间、并发症总发生率、肺功能及护理质量.结果 观察组发热、咳嗽、肺部啰音、呼吸急促消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组肺功能优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理质量高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 针对性护理在小儿肺炎护理中的应用效果较好,能够降低并发症发生率,缩短症状消失时间,改善肺功能,提升护理质量.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of targeted nursing in the nursing of children with pneumonia.Methods A total of 80 children with pneumonia admitted to Yuncheng County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(40 cases)and the observation group(40 cases).The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given targeted nursing.The disappearance time of symptoms,the total incidence of complications,lung function,and nursing quality were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of fever,cough,pulmonary rales,and shortness of breath in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the lung function of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing quality of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of targeted nursing in the nursing of children with pneumonia has a good effect,which can reduce the incidence of complications,shorten the disappearance time of symptoms,improve lung function and improve the quality of nursing.
