摘要
目的 探讨优质护理在小儿阑尾炎术后早期炎性肠梗阻中的应用效果.方法 选取 2022 年 9 月至 2023 年 8 月就诊于滕州市龙阳镇卫生院的 60 例阑尾炎术后早期炎性肠梗阻患儿,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(30 例)与试验组(30 例).对照组接受常规护理,试验组接受优质护理.比较两组术后恢复情况、依从性及家属护理满意度.结果 试验组禁食解除时间、腹痛改善时间、排气恢复时间、排便恢复时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05).试验组总依从率高于对照组(P<0.05).试验组家属护理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 优质护理在小儿阑尾炎术后早期炎性肠梗阻中的应用效果良好,可促进术后恢复,提高患儿依从性和家属护理满意度,值得临床推广.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of high-quality nursing in early inflammatory intestinal obstruction after operation of appendicitis in children.Methods A total of 60 children with early inflammatory intestinal obstruction after operation of appendicitis admitted to Longyang Town Health Center of Tengzhou City from September 2022 to August 2023 were divided into the control group(30 cases)and the experimental group(30 cases)by the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received high-quality nursing.The postoperative recovery,compliance and family nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Fasting release time,abdominal pain improvement time,exhaust recovery time,defecation recovery time,and hospitalization time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of family members in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of high-quality nursing in early inflammatory intestinal obstruction after operation of appendicitis in children has good effect,can promote postoperative recovery,improve the compliance of children and the family nursing satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
