无缝隙手术室护理在小儿双侧扁桃体等离子消融术中的应用效果

摘要
目的 探讨无缝隙手术室护理在小儿双侧扁桃体等离子消融术中的应用效果.方法 选取2021年3 月至 2023 年 3 月在滨州医学院附属医院接受双侧扁桃体等离子消融术治疗的 80 例患儿作为研究对象,按照抛硬币法分为参照组与研究组,每组各 40 例.参照组采用常规护理,研究组采用无缝隙手术室护理.比较两组术后恢复情况、心理状态、生活质量、并发症发生情况及家属护理满意度.结果 研究组排气时间、下床活动时间及住院时间均短于参照组(P<0.05).护理后,研究组儿童焦虑障碍自评量表、儿童抑郁障碍自评量表评分均低于参照组(P<0.05).护理后,研究组健康调查简表评分高于参照组(P<0.05).研究组并发症总发生率低于参照组(P<0.05).研究组家属护理总满意率高于参照组(P<0.05).结论 无缝隙手术室护理在小儿双侧扁桃体等离子消融术中的应用效果较好,可加速患儿康复,改善患儿心理状态与生活质量,减少并发症的发生,提高家属护理满意度,具有临床应用价值.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of seamless operating room nursing in plasma ablation of bilateral tonsils in children.Methods A total of 80 children who received plasma ablation of bilateral tonsils in Binzhou Medical University Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into the reference group and the study group according to the coin toss method,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group received routine nursing,and the study group received seamless operating room nursing.The postoperative recovery,psychological state,quality of life,complications,and family nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The exhaust time,getting out of bed time and hospitalization time in the study group was shorter than that in the reference group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of screen for child anxiety related emotional disorders and depression self-rating scale for children in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After nursing,36-item short form score of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of family members in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of seamless operating room nursing in plasma ablation of bilateral tonsils in children is good,which can accelerate the recovery of children,improve the psychological state and quality of life of children,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve the nursing satisfaction of family members,which has clinical application value.
