护患沟通交流模式在儿童神经内科护理中的应用

摘要
目的 探讨护患沟通交流模式在儿童神经内科护理中的应用.方法 选取 2022 年 5 月至 2023 年5 月烟台市烟台山医院接诊的 70 例神经内科患儿,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各 35 例.对照组予以传统护理模式,观察组予以护患沟通交流模式.比较两组不良情绪、护理依从性及家属满意度.结果 干预后,观察组儿童抑郁量表和儿童青少年多维度焦虑量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组护理总依从率高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组家属总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 护患沟通交流模式在儿童神经内科护理中的应用可有效改善患儿的不良情绪,提高护理依从性及家属满意度,值得推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application of nurse-patient communication model in pediatric neurology nursing.Methods A total of 70 children in the Department of Neurology admitted to Yantai Mountain Hospital of Yantai City from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional nursing mode,and the observation group was given nurse-patient communication model.The negative emotions,nursing compliance,and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of children's depression inventory and multidimensional anxiety scale for children in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of family members in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nurse-patient communication model in pediatric neurology nursing can effectively ameliorate the negative emotions of children,improve nursing compliance and family satisfaction,and is worth promoting and applying.
