日常生活护理联合家庭教育-环境改良的延续性护理在小儿哮喘中的应用效果

摘要
目的 探讨日常生活护理联合家庭教育-环境改良的延续性护理在小儿哮喘中的应用效果.方法 选取 2021年 9 月至 2022 年 9 月新泰市人民医院收治的100 例哮喘患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组各 50 例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用日常生活护理联合家庭教育-环境改良的延续性护理,比较两组哮喘控制情况及生活质量.结果 护理后,两组儿童哮喘控制测试评分均升高,且观察组评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组儿童哮喘生活质量量表评分均升高,且观察组评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 小儿哮喘采用日常生活护理联合家庭教育-环境改良的延续性护理,可改善患儿的哮喘控制情况,提高其生活质量,护理效果理想,推广意义深远.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of daily life nursing combined with continuous nursing of family education and environment improvement in children with asthma.Methods A total of 100 children with asthma admitted to People's Hospital of Xintai City from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the observation group and the control group by the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received the routine nursing,and the observation group received the daily life nursing combined with continuous nursing of family education and environment improvement.The asthma control and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of children-asthma control test in both groups were increased,and the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of pediatric asthma quality of life questionnaire in both groups were increased,and the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The daily life nursing combined with continuous nursing of family education and environment improvement in children with asthma can improve asthma control and the quality of life.The nursing effect is ideal,and the promotion is far-reaching.
