基于亲情快乐模式的护理干预在小儿疝气手术中的应用

摘要
目的 探讨基于亲情快乐模式的护理干预在小儿疝气手术中的应用效果.方法 选取 2021年3 月至 2023 年 3月于滨州医学院附属医院行疝气手术治疗的100例患儿作为研究对象,根据摸球法分为参照组和观察组,每组各50例.参照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予基于亲情快乐模式的护理干预,比较两组护理依从性、心理状态和并发症发生情况.结果 观察组护理总依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后,观察组儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查表评分、儿童抑郁障碍自评量表评分均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组并发症总发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 小儿疝气手术中应用基于亲情快乐模式的护理干预可提高患儿护理依从性,改善心理状态,减少并发症.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention based on family happiness model in pediatric hernia surgery.Methods A total of 100 children undergoing hernia surgery in Binzhou Medical University Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.All the children were divided into the reference group and the observation group using the touch ball method,with 50 cases in each group.The reference group received the routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received the nursing intervention based on family happiness model.The nursing compliance,psychological status,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total nursing compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of the screen for child anxiety related emotional disorders and depression self-rating scale for children in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing intervention based on family happiness model in pediatric hernia surgery can improve nursing compliance and psychological status and reduce complications.
