摘要
目的 探讨强化护患沟通在小儿心血管科护理中的应用效果.方法 选取 2022 年3月至 2023 年3 月烟台市烟台山医院心血管科接诊的 62 例患儿作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各 31例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用强化护患沟通,比较两组住院时间、护理质量和家属满意度.结果 观察组住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组环境与安全、心理护理、生活照护、尊重与保护和健康宣教评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组家属总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 小儿心血管科护理中采用强化护患沟通的应用效果显著,可提高护理质量和家属满意度,可以推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of strengthening nurse-patient communication in pediatric cardiovascular nursing.Methods A total of 62 children admitted to Cardiovascular Department,Yantai Yantaishan Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received strengthening nurse-patient communication.The length of hospital stay,nursing quality,and family satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The length of hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of environment and safety,psychological care,life care,respect and protection and health education in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total rate of family satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of strengthening nursery-patient communication in pediatric cardiovascular nursing is remarkable,which can improve the nursing quality and family satisfaction,and can be popularized.
