助产护理在高龄产妇护理中的应用

摘要
目的 探讨助产护理在高龄产妇护理中的应用效果.方法 选取 2021年 2 月至 2023 年 2 月吐鲁番市人民医院收治的 90 例高龄产妇作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(45 例)与研究组(45 例).对照组给予常规分娩护理,研究组给予助产护理.比较两组的心理弹性、产程不适感、分娩自我效能、分娩方式以及产程.结果 两组干预后的心理弹性评分均升高,且研究组心理弹性评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组干预后疼痛数字分级法(NRS)评分、分娩态度问卷(CAQ)评分均降低,且研究组疼痛NRS评分、CAQ评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组干预后结果期望量表(OE-16)、自我效能期望量表(EE-16)评分均升高,且研究组OE-16、EE-16评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组阴道分娩率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组产程短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 助产护理在高龄产妇护理中的应用效果显著,能够提高产妇的心理弹性、分娩舒适度、分娩自我效能以及阴道分娩率,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of midwifery nursing in the nursing of advanced-age puerperas.Methods A total of 90 advanced-age puerperas in Turpan People's Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected and divided into control group(45 cases)and study group(45 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine delivery nursing,and the study group received midwifery nursing.The psychological resilience,labor discomfort,labor self-efficacy,labor mode,and labor duration of the two groups were compared.Results The psychological resilience score in both groups increased after intervention,and the psychological resilience score in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain numerical rating scale(NRS)score and childbirth attitudes questionnaire(CAQ)score decreased after intervention,and the pain NRS score and CAQ score in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The outcome expectation scale(OE-16)score and self-efficacy expectation scale(EE-16)score in both groups increased after intervention,and the OE-16 score and EE-16 score in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The vaginal delivery rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The labor duration in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Midwifery nursing in the nursing of advanced-age puerperas has significant application effect,which can improve puerperas'psychological resilience,labor comfort,labor self-efficacy and vaginal delivery rate,and is worth promoting.
