摘要
目的 观察耳穴按压联合乳房穴位按摩在剖宫产产妇术后护理中的应用效果.方法 选取 2021年8 月至 2022 年 7 月于菏泽市第六人民医院行剖宫产的104例产妇为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组.对照组(52 例)接受常规护理,研究组(52 例)在对照组基础上接受耳穴按压联合乳房穴位按摩.比较两组泌乳情况及护理总满意率.结果 研究组泌乳始动时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组产后1、3、5 d泌乳量多于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 耳穴按压联合乳房穴位按摩在剖宫产产妇术后护理中的应用效果显著,可促进产后泌乳,提高护理满意度,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of auricular point pressing combined with breast acupoint massage in the postoperative nursing of cesarean section in parturients.Methods A total of 104 parturients who underwent cesarean section in the Sixth People's Hospital of Heze from August 2021 to July 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method.The control group(52 cases)received routine nursing,while the study group(52 cases)received auricular point pressing combined with breast acupoint massage on the basis of control group.The lactation situation and the total satisfaction rate of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The first lactation time in the study group was earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05),the lactation volume in the study group was more than that in the control group at 1,3,and 5 days postpartum(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular point pressing combined with breast acupoint massage in the postoperative nursing of cesarean section in parturients has significant application effect,which can promote postpartum lactation,improve nursing satisfaction,and is worth popularizing.
