系统化护理干预对女性双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者认知功能的影响

摘要
目的 观察系统化护理干预对女性双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者认知功能的影响.方法 选取2021年 5 月至 2022 年12 月山东国欣颐养集团枣庄东郊医院收治的 77 例双相情感障碍女性患者为研究对象,以抛币法分为对照组(38 例,常规护理)、观察组(39 例,系统化护理),比较两组的护理效果.结果 干预前,两组韦氏成人记忆量表(WMS-RC)各指标评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).两组干预后WMS-RC各指标评分均升高,且观察组WMS-RC各指标评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预前,两组韦氏成人智力量表(WAIS-RC)各指标评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).两组干预后WAIS-RC各指标评分均升高,且观察组WAIS-RC各指标评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预前,两组贝克-拉范森躁狂量表(BRMS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).两组干预后BRMS评分降低,且观察组BRMS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 系统化护理能够改善女性双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者的认知功能,值得推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of systematic nursing intervention on cognitive function in bipolar affective disorder female patients with manic episodes.Methods A total of 77 female patients with bipolar affective disorder in Shandong Guoxin Yiyang Group Zaozhuang East Suburb Hospital from May 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group(38 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(39 cases,systematic nursing)by the coin tossing method.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results Before intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of each index of Chinese Wechsler memory scale-revised(WMS-RC)between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of each index of WMS-RC in the two groups were increased,and the scores of each index of WMS-RC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of each index of Wechsler adult intelligence scale-Chinese revision(WAIS-RC)between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of each index of WAIS-RC in the two groups were increased,and the scores of each index of WAIS-RC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the score of Bech-Rafaelsen mania rating scale(BRMS)between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the score of BRMS in the two groups was decreased,and the score of BRMS in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic nursing intervention can improve the cognitive function in bipolar affective disorder female patients with manic episodes,and it is worth promoting and applying.
