摘要
目的 探讨基于翻转课堂的孕妇学校教育对初产妇分娩应对能力及自我效能的影响.方法 选取 2021年1月至 2022 年12 月在中山市大涌医院孕妇培训学校接受教育的116 例初产妇作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(58 例)与研究组(58 例).对照组接受常规孕妇学校教育,研究组基于翻转课堂开展孕妇学校教育.比较两组健康知识掌握情况、自我效能、分娩应对能力及满意度.结果 研究组健康知识总掌握率高于对照组(P<0.05).干预后,研究组一般自我效能感量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05).研究组分娩恐惧量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05).研究组总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 基于翻转课堂的孕妇学校教育可提高初产妇健康知识掌握度、分娩应对能力、自我效能及满意度,具有推广价值.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of maternity school education based on flipped classroom on childbirth coping ability and self-efficacy of primiparas.Methods A total of 116 primiparas who received education in the maternity training school of Dayong Hospital of Zhongshan City from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the control group(58 cases)and the study group(58 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine maternity school education,and the study group carried out maternity school education based on flipped classroom.Health knowledge,self-efficacy,childbirth coping ability,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total health knowledge mastery rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the general self-efficacy scale score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The score of childbirth attitudes questionnaire in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Maternity school education based on flipped classroom can improve the health knowledge,childbirth coping ability,self-efficacy and satisfaction of primiparas,and has the promotion value.
