摘要
目的 探讨回授法健康教育对子宫全切术患者术后自护能力与生活质量的影响.方法 选取2020 年12 月至 2023 年 3 月兰陵县人民医院妇科收治的 78 例子宫全切术患者,按照入院先后顺序分为对照组与实验组,每组各 39 例.对照组予以常规健康教育,实验组予以回授法健康教育.比较两组自护能力及生活质量.结果 干预后,两组自我管理行为评分均高于干预前,且实验组高于对照组(P<0.05).干预后,两组健康调查简表评分均高于干预前,且实验组高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 回授法健康教育可提高子宫全切术后患者的自护能力和生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of teach-back health education on self-care ability and quality of life in patients after total hysterectomy.Methods A total of 78 patients with total hysterectomy admitted to the Department of Gynecology of Lanling County People's Hospital from December 2020 to March 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the order of admission,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given routine health education,and the experimental group was given teach-back health education.Self-care ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the self-management behavior scores of both groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the short-form health survey-36 scores of both groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Teach-back health education can improve self-care ability and life quality of patients after total hysterectomy.
