新生儿肠造口护理的研究进展

摘要
肠造口术作为治疗急危重症患儿的重要手段现已广泛应用于临床,术后肠造口护理的质量也逐步得到各专业领域的重视与发展.作为肠造口术的特殊人群,新生儿具有独特的生理特点与护理问题,我国尚缺乏针对新生儿肠造口护理的相关规范及标准.故本文回顾国内外研究现状,就新生儿肠造口术的特点、并发症的防治以及术后护理进行总结,以期为提高新生儿肠造口的护理水平提供依据.
Abstract
Enterostomy has been widely used in clinic as an important means to treat acute and critically ill children,and the quality of postoperative enterostomy nursing has gradually gained attention and development in various professional fields.As a special population of enterostomy,neonates have unique physiological characteristics and nursing problems.There is still a lack of relevant norms and standards for neonatal enterostomy nursing in China.Therefore,this paper reviews the research status at home and abroad,and summarizes the characteristics,prevention and treatment of complications,and postoperative nursing of neonatal enterostomy,in order to provide a basis for improving the nursing level of neonatal enterostomy.
