摘要
目的 探讨砭石艾灸治疗原发性痛经的临床效果.方法 选取 2022 年1月至 2023年1月在北京按摩医院门诊治疗的120例原发性痛经患者作为研究对象,通过随机信封法分为砭石艾灸组(60 例,砭石艾灸)和药物组(60 例,布洛芬缓释胶囊).比较两组治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)和COX痛经症状量表评分及临床疗效.结果 砭石艾灸组治疗有效率高于药物组(P<0.05);两组治疗后即刻、治疗1个月后和治疗 2 个月后VAS评分均降低,且砭石艾灸组低于药物组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组总发作时间和平均严重程度评分均降低,且砭石艾灸组低于药物组(P<0.05).结论 砭石艾灸治疗原发性痛经的临床效果较好,能减轻疼痛,缓解临床症状.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of stone needle moxibustion in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Methods A total of 120 patients with primary dysmenorrhea treated in the outpatient of Beijing Massage Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the stone needle moxibustion group(60 cases,stone needle moxibustion)and the drug group(60 cases,Ibuprofen Sustained-Release Capsules)by the random envelope method.The scores of visual analogue scale(VAS)and COX dysmenorrhea symptom scale before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the stone needle moxibustion group was higher than that of the drug group(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the two groups were decreased immediately after treatment,1 month and 2 months after treatment,and the score of the stone needle moxibustion group was lower than that of the drug group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total attack time and average severity scores of the two groups were reduced,and those of the stone needle moxibustion group were lower than those of the drug group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of stone needle moxibustion in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea is good,which can relieve pain and clinical symptoms.
