喉罩麻醉与气管插管麻醉在小儿腹腔镜疝气手术麻醉中的应用效果比较

摘要
目的 比较喉罩麻醉与气管插管麻醉在小儿腹腔镜疝气手术麻醉中的应用效果.方法 选取2020 年1月至 2022 年12 月于兰陵县大仲村镇中心卫生院接受腹腔镜疝气手术治疗的120 例患儿为研究对象,按照抽签法分为两组.对照组(60 例)实施气管插管麻醉,观察组(60 例)实施喉罩麻醉,比较两组的应用效果.结果 两组气管插管或喉罩置入前10 min的心率(HR)、血氧饱和度、平均动脉压(MAP)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组气管插管或喉罩置入时、置入后 5 min、拔除后10 min的HR、MAP低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组复苏时间短于对照组(P<0.05).结论 相较于气管插管麻醉,喉罩麻醉能够稳定血流动力学,缩短复苏时间,在小儿腹腔镜疝气手术麻醉中的应用效果更好.
Abstract
Objective To compare the application effects of laryngeal mask anesthesia and tracheal intubation anesthesia in pediatric laparoscopic hernia surgery.Methods A total of 120 children who underwent laparoscopic hernia surgery in Dazhong Village Central Health Center in Lanling County from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by drawing lots.The control group(60 cases)received tracheal intubation anesthesia,and the observation group(60 cases)received laryngeal mask anesthesia.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results There were no statistically significant differences in heart rate(HR),saturation of peripheral oxygen,and mean arterial pressure(MAP)at 10 minutes before tracheal intubation or laryngeal mask placement between the two groups(P>0.05).The HR and MAP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at the time of endotracheal intubation or laryngeal mask implantation,5 minutes after implantation,and 10 minutes after removal,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The resuscitation time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with tracheal intubation anesthesia,laryngeal mask anesthesia can stabilize hemodynamics and shorten the resuscitation time,which has a better effect in pediatric laparoscopic hernia surgery anesthesia.
