摘要
目的 探讨婴儿健脾颗粒联合推拿治疗婴幼儿慢性腹泻的效果.方法 选取 2020 年12 月至2022 年10 月江西省儿童医院收治的 98 例慢性腹泻患儿,通过随机数字表法分为两组,每组各49 例.对照组采用常规西药治疗,中医组采用婴儿健脾颗粒联合推拿治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、中医证候积分、大便情况、免疫指标、复发情况和不良反应发生情况.结果 中医组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗前,两组中医证候积分和大便次数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组中医证候积分和大便次数均降低,且中医组中医证候积分和大便次数低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗前,两组免疫球蛋白(Ig)A、IgG、IgM水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组IgA、IgG、IgM水平均升高,且中医组IgA、IgG、IgM水平高于对照组(P<0.05).中医组复发率为4.08%(2/49),低于对照组的16.33%(8/49)(P<0.05).两组均未出现脱水、生命体征异常等不良反应.结论 婴儿健脾颗粒联合推拿治疗婴幼儿慢性腹泻的效果显著,能够缓解症状,提高免疫力,降低复发率,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Infantile Jianpi Granules combined with massage in the treatment of chronic diarrhea in infants.Methods A total of 98 children with chronic diarrhea in Jiangxi Provincial Children's Hospital from December 2020 to October 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)group was treated with Infantile Jianpi Granules combined with massage.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,stool condition,immune index,recurrence,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the TCM group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in TCM syndrome score and frequency of stool between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM score and frequency of stool were decreased in both groups,and the TCM syndrome score and frequency of stool were lower in the TCM group than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in immunoglobulin(Ig)A,IgG,and IgM levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the IgA,IgG,and IgM levels were increased in both groups,and the IgA,IgG,and IgM levels were higher in the TCM group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of TCM group was 4.08%(2/49),which was lower than 16.33%(8/49)of control group(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions such as dehydration and abnormal vital signs in both groups.Conclusion Infantile Jianpi Granules combined with massage treating chronic diarrhea in infants has significant effect,which can relieve symptoms,improve immunity,reduce recurrence rate,and is worth promoting.
