多元化健康教育在小儿肺炎中的应用效果

摘要
目的 观察多元化健康教育在小儿肺炎中的应用效果.方法 回顾性分析 2021年3月至 2022 年3 月乐陵市人民医院发热门诊的100 例肺炎患儿的临床资料,根据不同护理方案进行分组.接受常规护理的患儿纳入对照组(50 例),接受常规护理联合多元化健康教育的患儿纳入研究组(50 例),比较两组肺功能指标、依从性.结果 研究组总依从率为98.00%,高于对照组的84.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组呼吸峰值流速、第1秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组呼吸峰值流速、第1秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量均升高,且研究组呼吸峰值流速、第1秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 多元化健康教育在小儿肺炎中的应用效果显著,能够提高患儿依从性,改善患儿的肺功能.
Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of diversified health education in pediatric pneumonia.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 100 children with pneumonia in fever clinic of Leling People's Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022.According to different nursing schemes,children who received routine nursing were included in the control group(50 cases),and children who received routine nursing combined with diversified health education were included in the study group(50 cases).The pulmonary function indexes and compliance were compared between the two groups.Results The overall compliance rate in the study group was 98.00%,higher than 84.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the peak respiratory velocity,the forced expiratory volume in one second,and forced vital capacity between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the peak respiratory velocity,the forced expiratory volume in one second,and forced vital capacity increased in both groups,and the peak respiratory velocity,the forced expiratory volume in one second,and forced vital capacity increased in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified health education in pediatric pneumonia has significant application effect,which can improve the compliance and lung function of children.
