保乳手术与改良根治术治疗早期乳腺癌患者的临床效果比较

摘要
目的 比较保乳手术与改良根治术治疗早期乳腺癌患者的临床效果.方法 选取兰陵县人民医院 2021年1月至 2023 年1月收治的46 例早期乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各 23 例.对照组采用改良根治术治疗,观察组采用保乳手术治疗.比较两组手术相关指标、并发症发生情况及术后生活质量.结果 观察组手术持续时间、住院时间、切口长度短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组健康调查量表 36 各项评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 早期乳腺癌患者采用保乳手术及改良根治术治疗均可获得一定效果,但保乳手术创伤更小,术后并发症更少,手术相关指标更优.
Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical effect of breast conserving surgery and modified radical surgery in the treatment of patients with early breast cancer.Methods A total of 46 patients with early breast cancer admitted to Lanling County People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with 23 cases in each group.The control group was treated with modified radical surgery,while the observation group was treated with breast conserving surgery.The surgical related indicators,incidence of complications,and postoperative quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The surgical duration,hospital stay,and incision length of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative bleeding volume was less than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of short form 36 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Both breast conserving surgery and modified radical surgery for early breast cancer patients can achieve certain results,but breast conserving surgery has less trauma,fewer postoperative complications,and better surgical related indicators.
