摘要
随着生活水平的提高,乳房的美观性越来越受到女性的重视.隆胸手术是改变小乳房的主要方式,包括植入假体、自体组织隆胸及脂肪植入等.自体脂肪作为一种理想的替代填充物,在重建手术中具有较多优势,如来源丰富、易获取、质地柔软、灵活性强及免疫原性低等.自体脂肪移植技术日益受到欢迎,但可能带来一系列不良后果,如脂肪坏死、存活率低及脂肪栓塞等.脂肪坏死与乳腺癌在影像学上相似,术后需病理排除恶性肿瘤.本文报道1例在美容院接受自体脂肪移植隆胸术后脂肪坏死的案例,通过复习相关文献,全面总结脂肪坏死的诊断与治疗策略,以期提高临床对自体脂肪移植隆胸术后脂肪坏死的认知,为临床实践提供参考和依据.
Abstract
With the improvement of living standards,the aesthetics of breasts is becoming more and more important to female.Breast augmentation surgery is the main way of changing small breasts,including implanting prostheses,autologous tissue breast augmentation,and fat implantation.As an ideal alternative filler,autologous fat has many advantages in reconstructive surgery,such as rich sources,easy to obtain,soft texture,strong flexibility,and low immunogenicity.Autologous fat transplantation technology is becoming increasingly popular,but it may bring a series of adverse consequences,such as fat necrosis,low survival rate,and fat embolism.Fat necrosis is similar to breast cancer in imaging,and postoperative pathological exclusion of malignant tumors is required.This article reported a case of fat necrosis after autologous fat transplantation for breast augmentation in beauty salon,through reviewing the relevant literature,and comprehensively summarized the diagnosis and treatment strategies of fat necrosis,aiming to improve the clinical understanding of fat necrosis after autologous fat transplantation for breast augmentation,and provide reference and basis for clinical practice.
