门冬胰岛素联合地特胰岛素治疗妊娠糖尿病的临床效果

摘要
目的 探讨门冬胰岛素联合地特胰岛素治疗妊娠糖尿病的临床效果.方法 选取 2020 年1月至2021年1月海南省临高县人民医院接诊的100 例妊娠糖尿病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为参照组(地特胰岛素治疗)和试验组(门冬胰岛素联合地特胰岛素治疗),每组各 50 例.比较两组血糖水平和不良妊娠结局及并发症发生情况.结果 治疗后,试验组空腹血糖、餐后 2 h血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组不良妊娠结局及并发症总发生率(10.00%)低于参照组(28.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 门冬胰岛素联合地特胰岛素治疗妊娠糖尿病可有效降低血糖水平,减少不良妊娠结局发生,值得应用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Insulin Aspart combined with Insulin Detemir in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 100 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to Lingao County People's Hospital in Hainan Province from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects.All the patients were divided into the reference group(treated with Insulin Detemir)and the experimental group(treated with Insulin Aspart combined with Insulin Detemir)by the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The blood glucose levels and incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2-hour blood glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes and complications in the experimental group(10.00%)was lower than that in the reference group(28.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Insulin Aspart combined with Insulin Detemir in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus can effectively reduce the level of blood glucose,prevent adverse pregnancy outcomes,and it is worthy of application.
