左乙拉西坦联合奥卡西平治疗局灶性癫痫患儿的临床效果
Clinical effect of Levetiracetam combined with Oxcarbazepine in the treatment of children with focal epilepsy

摘要
目的 探讨左乙拉西坦联合奥卡西平治疗局灶性癫痫(EP)患儿的临床效果.方法 选取枣庄市妇幼保健院儿科 2020 年 5 月至 2023 年1月收治的 80 例局灶性EP患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例.对照组采用奥卡西平治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合左乙拉西坦治疗.比较两组临床疗效、认知功能、脑电图EP样放电控制情况及不良反应发生情况.结果 观察组临床总有效率(95.00%)高于对照组(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组韦氏儿童智力测试量表中国修订本中语言智商[(120.22±10.31)分]、操作智商[(114.51±10.43)分]、全智商[(121.24±10.16)分],高于对照组的(104.62±9.87)、(102.48±9.25)、(110.35±9.64)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组脑电图EP样放电控制总有效率(97.50%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 局灶性EP患儿采用左乙拉西坦联合奥卡西平治疗的临床效果显著,可有效提高认知功能,改善脑电图EP样放电控制情况,且不增加不良反应.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Levetiracetam combined with Oxcarbazepine in the treatment of children with focal epilepsy(EP).Methods A total of 80 children with focal EP admitted to the Department of Pediatrics,Maternal and Child Health Care of Zaozhuang from May 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Oxcarbazepine,and the observation group was treated with Levetiracetam on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,cognitive function,electroencephalogram EP-like discharge control,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate in the observation group(95.00%)was higher than that in the control group(75.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of language intelligence quotient([120.22±10.31]points),operation intelligence quotient([114.51±10.43]points),and overall intelligence quotient([121.24±10.16]points)in the Wechsler intelligence scale for children revised in China of the observation group were higher than(104.62±9.87),(102.48±9.25),and(110.35±9.64)points of the control group,respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of electroencephalogram EP-like discharge control in the observation group(97.50%)was higher than that in the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Levetiracetam combined with Oxcarbazepine in the treatment of children with focal EP is significant,which can effectively improve cognitive function and electroencephalogram EP-like discharge control,and do not increase adverse reactions.
