糖类抗原125、人附睾蛋白4、癌胚抗原联合检测对上皮性卵巢癌的诊断价值

摘要
目的 探讨糖类抗原125(CA125)、人附睾蛋白4(HE4)、癌胚抗原(CEA)联合检测对上皮性卵巢癌的诊断价值.方法 选取 2020 年1月至 2023 年1月于聊城市妇幼保健院就诊的 62 例上皮性卵巢癌患者作为病例组,另选取同期80 例健康体检女性作为对照组,检测CA125、HE4和CEA表达水平,并采用受试者工作特征曲线分析三者联合的诊断价值.结果 病例组血清CA125、HE4及CEA水平均高于对照组(P<0.01).Ⅲ～Ⅳ期血清CA125、HE4及CEA水平均高于Ⅰ～Ⅱ期(P<0.05).血清CA125、HE4、CEA联合检测诊断上皮性卵巢癌的曲线下面积大于单项检测指标(P<0.05).结论 CA125、HE4、CEA联合检测对上皮性卵巢癌的诊断价值较高,临床可推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of combined detection of carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),human epididymis protein 4(HE4),and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)in epithelial ovarian cancer.Methods A total of 62 patients with epithelial ovarian cancer who received treatment in Liaocheng Women and Children Health Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the case group,and 80 healthy women who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.The expression levels of CA125,HE4,and CEA were detected,and the diagnostic value of the combination of the three was analyzed by receiver operating characteristic.Results Serum levels of CA125,HE4,and CEA in the case group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The levels of serum CA125,HE4,and CEA in Ⅲ-Ⅳ stages were higher than those in Ⅰ-Ⅱstages(P<0.05).The area under the curve of serum CA125,HE4,and CEA combined detection in the diagnosis of epithelial ovarian cancer was larger than that of single detection index(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of CA125,HE4,and CEA has high diagnostic value in epithelial ovarian cancer and can be widely used in clinic.
