精细化护理干预对妊娠糖尿病患者血糖、心理状态及妊娠结局的影响

摘要
目的 探讨精细化护理干预对妊娠糖尿病患者血糖、心理状态及妊娠结局的影响.方法 选取2022 年 2 月至 2023 年 2 月南京市第一医院收治的 96 例妊娠糖尿病患者,依照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=48)和对照组(n=48).对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予精细化护理干预,比较两组不良妊娠结局、心理状态、血糖水平.结果 观察组不良妊娠结局总发生率为 8.33%,对照组为 31.25%,两组不良妊娠结局总发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后两组焦虑和抑郁评分均低于护理前,且观察组焦虑和抑郁评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后两组空腹血糖、餐后 2 h血糖水平均低于护理前,且观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 精细化护理对妊娠糖尿病患者的干预效果较好,可以降低血糖水平,改善心理状态,减少不良妊娠结局的发生,值得临床推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of meticulous nursing intervention on blood glucose,psychological state,and pregnancy outcome in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 96 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to Nanjing First Hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected and divided into observation group(n=48)and control group(n=48)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given meticulous nursing intervention.The adverse pregnancy outcomes,psychological state,and blood glucose level were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes was 8.33%in the observation group and 31.25%in the control group.There was statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes between the two groups(P<0.05).After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Meticulous nursing has a good intervention effect on patients with gestational diabetes mellitus,which can reduce blood glucose level,improve psychological state,and reduce the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
