冰敷护理在小儿斜视术后护理中的应用

摘要
目的 探讨冰敷护理在小儿斜视术后护理中的应用效果.方法 选取 2022 年1月至 2023年 9 月临沂光明眼科医院48 例斜视术后患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(24例)与研究组(24例).对照组术后实施常规护理,研究组术后在实施常规护理的基础上采取冰敷护理,比较两组术后疼痛程度、术后并发症总发生率.结果 研究组术后12、24、48 h疼痛程度低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后眼部充血、结膜出血、眼部肿胀并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 冰敷护理在小儿斜视术后中应用,能够缓解术后疼痛,降低术后并发症发生率.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of ice compress nursing in postoperative nursing of children with strabismus.Methods From January 2022 to September 2023,48 children with strabismus surgery in Linyi Guangming Ophthalmology Hospital were selected and divided into control group(24 cases)and study group(24 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing postoperative,and the study group was given ice compress nursing on the basis of routine nursing postoperative.The degree of postoperative pain and the total incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The degree of pain in the study group was lower than that in the control group at 12,24 and 48 hours postoperative(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative ocular hyperemia,conjunctival hemorrhage,and ocular swelling in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ice compress nursing in postoperative of children with strabismus can relieve postoperative pain,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
