综合护理在小儿肾积水术后并发症预防中的应用效果

摘要
目的 观察综合护理在小儿肾积水术后并发症预防中的应用效果.方法 选取2021年5月至2023年5 月自贡市第四人民医院收治的76 例肾积水术后患儿为研究对象,采用抽签法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各38例.对照组采用传统护理干预,观察组采用综合护理干预,比较两组术后并发症总发生率、围手术期康复指标及生活质量评分.结果 观察组并发症总发生率为10.53%,低于对照组的 28.95%(P<0.05).观察组引流管时间、支架管时间、造瘘管时间及拆线时间均短于对照组(P<0.05).干预后,两组生活质量简表(SF-36)各维度评分均升高,且观察组SF-36 各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 综合护理在小儿肾积水术后并发症预防中的应用效果显著,能够加快康复,改善生活质量,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of comprehensive nursing in prevention of postoperative complications in children with hydronephrosis.Methods A total of 76 children with hydronephrosis after operation in Zigong Fourth People's Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received traditional nursing intervention,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The total incidence of postoperative complications,perioperative rehabilitation indexes,and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 10.53%,lower than 28.95%in the control group(P<0.05).The drainage tube time,stent tube time,fistula tube time,and catheter removal time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of all dimension of short form 36(SF-36)in the two groups were increased,and the scores of all dimension of SF-36 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing in prevention of postoperative complications in children with hydronephrosis has significant application effect,which can speed up rehabilitation and improve the quality of life,and is worth promoting.
