围手术期综合护理在子宫肌瘤切除术中的应用

摘要
目的 观察围手术期综合护理在子宫肌瘤切除术中的应用效果.方法 选取 2021年 8 月至2022 年 8 月于滨州医学院附属医院行子宫肌瘤切除术的100 例患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组各 50 例.对照组接受围手术期常规护理,研究组接受围手术期综合护理,比较两组围手术期指标、手术应激情况、护理满意度.结果 研究组术后首次排便时间、术后首次下床活动时间、住院时间短于对照组,术后第 3 天疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后醛固酮(ALD)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)水平均升高,但研究组NE、AngⅡ、ALD水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 围手术期综合护理在子宫肌瘤切除术中的应用效果显著,能够促进术后康复,减轻应激反应,提高护理满意度,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of comprehensive perioperative nursing in myomectomy.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent myomectomy in Binzhou Medical University Hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected and divided into control group and research group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine perioperative nursing,and the research group received comprehensive perioperative nursing.The perioperative indicators,surgical stress,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The first postoperative defecation time,the first time of getting out of bed after surgery,and the length of hospitalization in the research group were shorter than those in the control group,and the pain score on the third day after surgery was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of aldosterone(ALD),norepinephrine(NE),and angiotensin Ⅱ(AngⅡ)were increased in both groups after surgery,but the levels of NE,AngⅡ,and ALD in the research group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the research group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive perioperative nursing in myomectomy has significant application effect,which can promote postoperative rehabilitation,reduce stress reactions,improve nursing satisfaction,and is worth popularizing.
