个体化康复护理在神经内科女性脑卒中患者中的应用效果

摘要
目的 探讨个体化康复护理在神经内科女性脑卒中患者中的应用效果.方法 选取 2021年12 月至 2022 年12 月于荣成市中医院治疗的 38 例女性脑卒中患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(19 例)和实验组(19 例).对照组接受常规护理,实验组接受个体化康复护理,比较两组生活自理能力、肌力、平衡能力、言语功能及认知功能.结果 护理后,实验组生活自理能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组肌力评分高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组平衡能力评分优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组言语功能、认知功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 个体化康复护理在神经内科女性脑卒中患者中具有显著的应用效果,能够提高患者的生活自理能力,改善运动功能,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of individualized rehabilitation nursing in female patients with stroke in neurology department.Methods A total of 38 female patients with stroke who received treatment in Rongcheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group(19 cases)and experimental group(19 cases)by the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,while the experimental group received individualized rehabilitation nursing.The self-care ability,muscle strength,balance ability,speech function,and cognitive function of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the self-care ability score in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the muscle strength score in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the balance ability score in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the speech function and cognitive function scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized rehabilitation nursing in female patients with stroke in neurology department has significant application effect,which can improve the patients'self-care ability and the function of exercise,and is worth promoting.
