摘要
目的 观察待产-分娩-产后护理整合技术(LDR)护理模式在硬膜外镇痛分娩中的应用效果.方法 选取 2022 年1月至12 月于滨州医学院附属医院产科行无痛分娩的100 例产妇作为研究对象,按照抽签法将其分为对照组(50 例)与观察组(50 例).对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用LDR护理,比较两组分娩结局及产程.结果 观察组阴道分娩率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各产程均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 LDR护理模式在硬膜外镇痛分娩中的应用效果显著,能够改善分娩结局,缩短产程,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of the nursing model of labor-delivery-recovery(LDR)nursing integration technology in epidural labor analgesia.Methods A total of 100 parturients who underwent painless labor in Department of Obstetrics,Binzhou Medical University Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases)according to the lottery method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received LDR nursing on the basis of control group.The labor outcome and labor course were compared between the two groups.Results The vaginal delivery rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The stages of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing model of LDR nursing integration technology in epidural labor analgesia has significant application effect,which can improve the outcome of labor and shorten the labor course,and is worth promoting.
