摘要
目的 探讨助产士主导伙伴式导乐陪伴对初产妇分娩方式及产程的影响.方法 选取 2022 年9 月至 2023 年 9 月山东省临沂市兰陵县妇幼保健院收治的122 例初产妇作为研究对象,按照奇偶数法分为对照组(61例)与研究组(61例).对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用助产士主导伙伴式导乐陪伴,比较两组自然分娩率、产程、不良情绪及不良结局发生情况.结果 研究组自然分娩率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组各产程及总产程均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,研究组汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组不良结局总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 助产士主导伙伴式导乐陪伴可提高初产妇的自然分娩率,缩短产程,减轻初产妇的不良情绪,减少不良结局的发生,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of midwife-led partner-type doula company on the delivery method and labor of primiparas.Methods A total of 122 primiparas admitted to Lanling County Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Linyi City,Shandong Province from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study subjects.All the primiparas were divided into the control group(61 cases)and the study group(61 cases)using the odd even numbers method.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received midwife-led partner-type doula company.The natural delivery rate,labor,adverse emotions,and incidence of adverse outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results The natural delivery rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The each labor and total labor of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale and Hamilton depression scale in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse outcomes in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Midwife-led partner-type doula company can improve the natural delivery rate of primiparas,shortern labor,alleviate negative emotions of primiparas,and reduce adverse outcomes,which is worth promoting.
