摘要
目的 探讨家庭参与护理模式在新生儿重症监护病房早产儿护理中的应用效果.方法 选取2021年 5 月至 2022 年 5 月枣庄市妇幼保健院新生儿重症监护病房的 200 例早产儿作为研究对象,按照抽签法分为参照组(100 例)与试验组(100 例).参照组采取常规护理,试验组采用家庭参与护理模式.比较两组生长发育指标、家长满意度及家长照顾能力.结果 干预后,试验组体重、身长高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组家长满意度评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组中文版家属照顾者照顾能力测量表评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 新生儿重症监护病房早产儿护理中采用家庭参与护理模式的效果显著,可加快患儿生长发育速度,提高患儿家长的照顾能力和满意度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of family participation nursing model in the nursing of preterm infants in neonatal intensive care unit.Methods A total of 200 preterm infants admitted to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of Maternity and Child Health Care of Zaozhuang from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects.All the infants were divided into the reference group(100 cases)and the experimental group(100 cases)according to the lottery method.The reference group received routine nursing,while the experimental group received family participation nursing model.The growth and development indicators,satisfaction of parents,and care ability of parents were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the weight and length in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of satisfaction of parents in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of family caregiver task inventory in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of family participation nursing model in the nursing of preterm infants in neonatal intensive care unit has a significant effect,which can accelerate the growth and development speed of the children,improve the care ability and satisfaction of the parents of the children.
