摘要
目的 探讨聚焦解决护理模式在腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术中的应用效果.方法 选取淄博市桓台县妇幼保健院 2021年 2 月至 8 月收治的 82 例腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各41例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用聚焦解决护理模式,比较两组生活质量、心理状态及护理满意度.结果 护理后,观察组健康调查量表 36 各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 聚焦解决护理模式在腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术患者中的应用效果较好,可改善生活质量和心理状态,提高护理满意度,值得应用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of solution-focused nursing model in patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cyst.Methods A total of 82 patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cyst admitted to Huantai County Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Zibo City from February to August 2021 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received solution-focused nursing model.The quality of life,psychological state,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the score of short form 36 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of solution-focused nursing model in patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cyst is better,which can improve the quality of life and psychological state,increase nursing satisfaction and is worth applying.
