目标管理教学法在产科临床护理带教中的应用效果

摘要
目的 探讨目标管理教学法在产科临床护理带教中的应用效果.方法 选取 2022 年 6 月至12 月在潍坊医学院附属医院产科实习的 30 名实习护生作为对照组,2023 年1月至 6 月在潍坊医学院附属医院产科实习的 30 名实习护生作为观察组.对照组采用传统教学法,观察组采用目标管理教学法.比较两组考核成绩与教学满意度.结果 教学后,两组理论成绩与技术成绩均高于教学前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组各项教学满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 目标管理教学法在产科临床护理带教中的应用效果较好,可提高护生考核成绩及教学满意度.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of management by objectives teaching method in clinical nursing teaching of obstetrics.Methods A total of 30 nursing interns who practiced in the Department of Obstetrics of the Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical College from June to December 2022 were selected as the control group,and 30 nursing interns who practiced in the Department of Obstetrics of the Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical College from January to June 2023 were selected as the observation group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,and the observation group adopted the management by objectives teaching method.The assessment results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After teaching,the theoretical and technical scores of both groups were higher than those before teaching,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of teaching satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of management by objectives teaching method in clinical nursing teaching of obstetrics is good,which can improve the assessment results and teaching satisfaction of nursing interns.
