摘要
目的 探讨临床情景实训教学在助产专业培训中的应用效果.方法 选取 2020 年 7 月至 2022 年8月商河县人民医院招收的50名学员,将2020 年7月至2021年7月招收的25名学员设为对照组,将2021年8 月至 2022 年 8 月招收的 25 名学员设为观察组.观察组采用临床情景实训教学,对照组采用传统教学.比较两组产科理论考试成绩、临床综合能力、教学满意度及学习情况.结果 观察组产科理论考试各项成绩及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组各项临床综合能力评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组教学满意度各项评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组学习兴趣、自学水平、学习主动性评分均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 临床情景实训教学在助产专业培训中的应用,可提高学生的产科理论考试成绩、临床综合能力及教学满意度,改善学习情况,值得推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of clinical situational practical teaching in midwifery professional training.Methods From July 2020 to August 2022,50 students enrolled in Shanghe County People's Hospital were selected.A total of 25 students enrolled from July 2020 to July 2021 were set as the control group,and 25 students enrolled from August 2021 to August 2022 were set as the observation group.The observation group was given clinical situational practical teaching,while the control group was given traditional teaching.The results of obstetrical theory examination,clinical comprehensive ability,teaching satisfaction,and learning situation of the two groups were compared.Results The scores and total score of obstetrical theory examination in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores and total score of clinical comprehensive ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores and total score of teaching satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of learning interest,self-learning level,and learning initiative of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical situational practical teaching in midwifery professional training can improve students'scores of obstetrical theory examination,clinical comprehensive ability,and teaching satisfaction,and optimize their learning situation,which is worth popularizing and applying.
