摘要
外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病是临床常见的一种阴道黏膜真菌感染性疾病,感染率和复发率较高.多种因素可以导致阴道微生物菌群失调,进而诱发外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病.受抗生素、免疫抑制剂及临床不规范用药等因素影响,越来越多的抗真菌药物存在获得性耐药问题.基于此,本文对外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的发病机制和耐药机制进行综述,旨在为临床治疗提供理论依据.
Abstract
Vulvovaginal candidiasis is a common fungal infection of vaginal mucosa with high infection rate and recurrence rate.A variety of factors can lead to the imbalance of vaginal microbial flora,and then induce vulvovaginal candidiasis.Due to the influence of antibiotics,immunosuppressants,and clinical non-standard drug use,a growing number of antifungal drug problems acquired drug resistance.Based on this,in this paper,the vulva vagina candida disease pathogenesis and drug resistance mechanism were reviewed,aimed to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment.
