摘要
目的 探讨腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果.方法 选取 2020 年 5 月至 2023 年3 月郓城县妇幼保健院收治的 90 例子宫肌瘤患者,按照治疗方案的不同分为观察组(n=50,腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术)、对照组(n=40,开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术).比较两组手术相关指标、并发症、术后疼痛程度.结果 观察组手术时间长于对照组,下床活动时间、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组切口感染、皮下气肿、肠梗阻并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后1、2、3 d的疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果较好,能够促进术后恢复,降低术后疼痛程度及并发症发生率.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic myomectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 90 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to Yuncheng County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2020 to March 2023 were selected.According to the different treatment plans,they were divided into the observation group(n=50,laparoscopic myomectomy)and the control group(n=40,open myomectomy).The operation related indicators,complications,and postoperative pain degree were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,the ambulation time and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of incision infection,subcutaneous emphysema,and intestinal obstruction in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 1,2,and 3 days after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of laparoscopic myomectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids is good,which can promote postoperative recovery,reduce postoperative pain and the incidence of complications.
