伊立替康联合顺铂同步放化疗对中晚期宫颈癌患者疼痛程度及生活质量的影响

摘要
目的 探讨伊立替康联合顺铂同步放化疗对中晚期宫颈癌患者疼痛程度及生活质量的影响.方法 选取 2019 年1月至 2022 年 6 月滨州医学院附属医院收治的 50 例中晚期宫颈癌患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各 25 例.观察组采取伊立替康联合顺铂同步放化疗,对照组采取顺铂同步放化疗,比较两组疼痛程度及生活质量.结果 观察组治疗后疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后情绪、躯体、认知、社会功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 伊立替康联合顺铂同步放化疗可以明显缓解中晚期宫颈癌患者的疼痛,提高生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Irinotecan combined with Cisplatin concomitant radiochemotherapy on pain degree and quality of life in patients with medium-term and advanced cervical cancer.Methods A total of 50 patients with medium-term and advanced cervical cancer admitted to the Binzhou Medical University Hospital from January 2019 to June 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Irinotecan combined with Cisplatin concomitant radiochemotherapy,and the control group was treated with Cisplatin concomitant radiochemotherapy.The degree of pain and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of emotional,physical,cognitive,and social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Irinotecan combined with Cisplatin concomitant radiochemotherapy can significantly relieve pain and improve quality of life in patients with medium-term and advanced cervical cancer.
